Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Blushh application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Blushh. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your password and account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.

Blushh offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings • Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase for new subscribers • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.

Paid subscribers may opt into our auto-delivery service. By enabling auto-delivery, you authorize Blushh to: • Charge your payment method for each shipment • Ship products based on your predicted cycle dates • Adjust delivery timing based on updated cycle predictions You may skip, pause, or cancel auto-delivery at any time through the app, at least 48 hours before your next scheduled ship date.

Blushh is a wellness and cycle-tracking application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. • Cycle predictions are estimates and may not be 100% accurate • Do not rely on Blushh as a method of contraception • Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns • Information provided in the app is for general wellness purposes only If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Blushh, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service • Impersonate any person or entity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blushh, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
